• How do I make a return?

We strive for our customers to be delighted with the items they buy from us. If your return request is received within 15 days of the purchase date and the item is unworn and unwashed, you can request a refund in the original form of payment (minus shipping charges). We will provide detailed return procedures when you request a refund processing.

• What is your shipping policy? Do you ship internationally?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day from when the order was placed. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

During the sales period, we try our best to have all orders dispatched on time. Due to high demand, we apologize in advance if any delays occur.
